REFUNDS & RETURNS

Moomee will complete returns in accordance with the Consumers Guarantee Act and Fair-Trading Act.

As our products are all single-user products, and therefore cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

We do not offer refunds/returns for change of mind.

WARRANTY

All Moomee Pump purchases come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty which is effective from the purchase date.

This warranty is valid against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration or damage caused by general wear and tear, physical or natural destruction, accident, misuse, neglect, alteration to the product or other external causes such as supply changes etc. It also does not cover suction issues as these are a result of damaged parts, incorrect assembly, or incorrect flange size used.

Please note that our pump parts have special sterilization requirements as set out in our user manual. This is to ensure the optimal function and performance of your pump. Consumables and parts are not covered by the 12 month warranty, as they often require replacement after around 3 months of use.

All Moomee products are single-user products.

Use by more than one person may present a health risk and voids the warranty.
Any warranty claims must be supported with reasonable evidence, including proof of date of purchase, alongside these warranty conditions.

If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact info@shopmoomee.com and have information available such as order number and any image/video evidence relating to your claim.

Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred for courier of your product to and from us.

If your claim is approved, Moomee will repair or replace the defective product and provide you with new warranty.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once your order has been placed with us, our warehouse team are super fast at processing and despatching it. This is great news but also means that we're unable to cancel or amend your order once it has been placed. Please carefully review all of your order information before completing checkout.
